How to manage your subscription

In Subscription you can see your current plan, what it includes, and change it or update your payment method.

Steps

  1. Open Settings → Subscription.
  2. Review your plan and the active modules.
  3. To change, click the button on the plan you want.
  4. Before anything is charged, DeusRex shows a confirmation with the price, when you are billed, and which add-ons you stop paying for because the new plan already includes them. Nothing changes until you confirm.
  5. Update your payment method if needed.

Monthly or annual billing

Plans has a Monthly / Annual switch. An annual plan is charged once a year and costs less than paying month to month; the card shows the monthly equivalent and, below it, the yearly total you are actually charged.

The confirmation always states the exact amount you will be charged and how often. If the card and the confirmation show the same number, you are looking at the real charge.

You can switch between monthly and annual without changing plan: move the switch and press Cambiar a facturación anual (or mensual) on your current plan’s card.

  • Monthly to annual: you are charged the year’s total today, minus whatever you already paid for the current period.
  • Annual to monthly: nothing is charged today. The credit left over from your paid year is applied to your next monthly invoices, and you only pay again once it runs out.

AI credits renew every month on an annual plan too — paying a year up front does not hand you the whole year’s credits at once.

If you do not see the Monthly / Annual switch, annual billing is not available on your account yet. Write to us and we will look into it.

If you move to a lower plan

The confirmation names which limits you will exceed, using your real numbers (for example, “you have 240 patients and Free allows 5”).

You keep full access for 30 days. After that, whatever is over the limit becomes read and export only: you can still see and download it, but not create more of that kind until you upgrade or reduce.

Nothing is ever deleted, and your clinical records stay available always.

Tip

Check your AI credits usage: if they run out frequently, a higher plan may be more cost-effective than buying them individually.
