How to connect your social media

Connect Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp to manage messages, comments and posts from DeusRex.

Steps

1. Open Social Media and go to channel setup (Inbox).
2. Tap Connect on the channel you want.
3. Sign in to the account and authorize the permissions.
4. Confirm that the channel is in connected status.

What your plan needs

Connecting channels is part of the Engagement module: included in Pro and Clinic, and activated as an add-on from Settings → AI and credits on Starter.

Each plan sets how many channels you can have connected at once (Starter 1, Pro 3, Clinic unlimited). If you have reached the cap, DeusRex tells you when you try to connect — disconnect one or upgrade. Re-authorizing a channel you already have connected always works, even at the cap.

Tip

Connect WhatsApp first: it’s where patients message you the most and where the AI assistant can respond instantly.
