How students enroll and get access

A video walkthrough of this guide. Narrated in Spanish, with subtitles.

Once you publish a course, your students find it in the Course Catalog, enroll, and then follow it in My Courses.

This guide is written from the student’s side. It is what somebody taking the course sees, not what its author sees.

Enrolling

  1. Open Courses → Course Catalog.
  2. Find the course by name.
  3. Click Enroll.

The platform takes you straight to the first lesson.

A paid course

A priced course is not taken with Enroll. Its card offers two routes:

  • Subscribe to a plan — takes you to Courses → Memberships, the page where the plans live. One plan opens several courses at once.
  • Buy this course — takes you to the practice’s public site, where that course and nothing else is paid for.

Once you hold a live plan that covers the course, its card reads Included in your plan and shows Enroll again.

See How to charge for your courses with a membership.

Following the course

  1. Open Courses → My Courses.
  2. Filter by All, In Progress, Not started or Completed.
  3. Click the course to open it.

The Continue watching card returns you to the course you left half-done. Its Resume button is the shortest way back.

Inside the course

  • Move through modules and lessons from the sidebar.
  • Click Mark as completed when you finish each lesson.
  • Use the Description, Resources, Notes and Discussion tabs for supporting material and to ask questions.
  • The Transcript tab only appears when the lesson has subtitles.

Your progress is saved by itself.

Download the certificate

On reaching 100%, the course card in My Courses shows Download certificate. It appears only if the course issues one.

Share the Course Catalog link on your social media and in the inbox: it is content that attracts and keeps patients.
