How to customize email templates

Email templates define the automatic messages your patients receive (appointment confirmation, reminders, invoices).

Steps

  1. Choose the template you want to edit.
  2. Adjust the subject and content; use the fields that fill automatically (name, date, business).
  3. Save.

Tip

Check the preview on the right before you turn the switch on. It is the only way to see the email: there is no test send.
